PADAVAN KICKS-OFF CAMPAIGN AT GRAND OPENING OF CAMPAIGN HEADQUARTERS

\In continuing his fight to reform Albany and make state government more accountable and ethical, New York State Senator Frank Padavan (Queens) kicked-off his campaign during the grand opening of his campaign headquarters in the heart of the 11th Senate District on Bell Boulevard in Bayside.

Speaking before an energized crowd of several hundred supporters, volunteers and community leaders Padavan pledged to renew his efforts to restore common sense and integrity to the State Capitol. In his remarks, Padavan highlighted his strong record on government reform, fiscal responsibility, education and working towards providing a stronger safer and brighter future for all New Yorkers.

“I am running for the Senate so that we can continue our fight for a government that all New Yorkers can be proud of,” Padavan said. “Together we must devise a blueprint that fundamentally changes the foundation of the State Capitol making government efficient and focused on meeting the needs of the people it serves. I pledge to you and all the residents of Northeast Queens to continue to make ethics reform, job creation and economic recovery the cornerstones of my work in the State Senate. Families, students, seniors and small businesses deserve an economic recovery plan for New York that focus on new opportunities for growth and prosperity. Once again we will show everyone that hard work, integrity, independence and an unwavering dedication to service still matter when it comes to achieving real and lasting results for our community.”

Frank Padavan represents various neighborhoods throughout Northeast Queens in the state Senate including: College Point, Flushing, Whitestone, Bayside, Little Neck, Douglaston, Glen Oaks, Jamaica Estates, Floral Park, Queens Village, Bellerose and Holliswood.
